Okay. We have a bit of an unusual, albeit temporary, network setup in our flat at the moment. Since we have no appropriate router, my laptop is connected directly to the modem and is sharing the internet via a wireless connection to a switch. Anyhow, since I started playing Titan Quest, we've noticed that my wireless connection keeps dying - cutting my flatmates off from the internet.

I have not been able to figure out what the hell is going on, at all. It only happens when playing Titan Quest, so there is a clear correlation. But it's kind of crazy. Halpe.

(We could of course just switch the modem connection to someone else, and probably will later if this keeps happening, but I'd still like to figure this out so that 1) we can play network games and 2) I can play this without killing my own connection.)

Not very helpfull but Titan Quest is quite staggeringly badly coded - I think its using a game design kit - the installer is very buggy and the whole game full of critical errors - its graphically not much better than diablo 2 but thanks to terrible un-optimised code and memory leaks it requires about 10x the system resources - avoid like the plague!

Uhhh. While I wouldn't disagree on it being buggy and badly coded, "graphically not much better than Diablo 2"? Have you even played D2 any time recently?

Diablo 2. Titan Quest.

HRM.

And really this wireless thing is the only thing that's spoiled my enjoyment of it.
