Tired of all the zergs in emain?...lets do sumfin about!

Imo emain is kinda ZzZz now a days...all realms only move in big zergs. Maybe it's just me but i like 1vs1 encounters and 1-2 grps vs each other since it deppends on skills and not the number...maybe im just crazy but thats the way i feel. To get ride of these zergs im suggesting we spread out rvr?..all realms needs 2 b up 4 this but why dont we use Odin's and Hadrian's some more? we could get these small encounters between grps back again..if we all stop charging out to emain? ofc emain will still b used but i think its worth a try to spread it out...

well zergs arent really any fun, I also like the group to group encounters better

and I like emain, it got hills, some trees and still alot of open area and you can see far there. and the green colour is just calming =)

not like hostile lands of odin, were you can sneek around. and you cant see very far either =(

Well emain was quite fun for a while. Mini golf is a popular recreation from many albs. But the other day, I was practicing my swing near this hill, and this ugly troll like creature came towards me. Well I swung hard and the ball hit him squarly on the head, and bounced into the windmill. Derric thinks that's worth three points but i'm not sure.

Much more fun in our own frontier now. I especially like leading groups of inexperienced mids into the drakes then stealthing

Yep, zergs are boring. Hibs on Prydwen have been talking for a long time about trying to move RvR to the other realms simply because of the strain that it puts on our manpower. But for all the Mids and Albs I see that talk about getting zerged in Emain, how RvR is boring there, it's the same Mids and Albs I see in Emain night after night.

Simple fact is, Emain is the favoured choice for everyday RvR, not only on Prydwen, but on the majority of all DAoC servers. The layout (short walks from one MG to another on pretty much what seems to be a rectangular grid APK > AMG > Crauch > MMG > MPK), the fact that there is an easily accesible keep which can be used as a "safe zone" keep in between the PK's and the complete lack of aggro mobs (apart from the luses and mindworms stuck in a corner where no one ventures anyway) makes it the favourite RvR choice out of all 3 zones. Mythic plan to address the mob issue by adding more aggro mobs to Emain but unless the layout is changed also I doubt RvR will ever move from Emain.

Best RvR fronteirs imo, I just hate Odin gloomy boring place, you just get instant depresed when you go there.

Gloom isn't my problem with Odin's, it's the way you need laser surgery to reattach your retinas after 30 mins there

Best RvR is small size skirmish stuff - you knoiw whos going for you - rather than it potetnially beiung 4 of 15 wizzies drawing a bead on your pooor soul.

It seems a lot of people are coming to the Albions Fronter for RvR.

even when we were the biggest zerg it was still so ZzZzZ..... I tried the big fights now and it doesnt appeal to me so i wont b much in emain ne more.....

or
30 orange cons who camp a mg for 2/3 hours (in the meantime i've ported to odins to fight Ottar and friends)
