tips for speeding up DL on kazaa

Hi i just started downloading some Buffy the vampire slayer episodes off Kazaa yesterday and ive noticed its incredibly damn slow only getting like 2kbs at a time im on cable any tips for speeding it up? thanks

if there was a noob-o-meter it would be hitting very high levels.
a few points:
Kazaa is shite.
your download speed is only as high as the upload speed of people you are getting it from

envenom is clearly doing some legal file swapping and because the file is so legal, maybe there isn't many sources because the majority of the files shared on KaZaA is warez crap

Kazaa is really poor; I can't remember the last time I got a download speed above 10/15k per sec. Sometimes when downloading a large file, it rockets along for a while then drops suddenly to a low speed then "more sources needed...", never to be able to find the file again.

My only observation that sped up my downloads was to share. I dumped a load of pr0n movies into my shared directory and download speeds seemed ok - i think i was being cut off for having a low sharing rank.
