Timer on when u can log in from receiving password in email?

Just activated an account, got sent passwords, tried logging in and says account or password wrong, i gotta wait for something to happen at GOA side or is this an anomolie?

I know there are a 10-20 min delay when you reactivate your account. its 4 years since i activated my accs so cant realy remember if there was a delay. i would guess it is tho

normally its quite fast if your still having problems dont hesitate to contact a gm via rightnow
