Right, I'm bored as hell and I've got a pair of decks, a mixer and final scratch here so give me some suggestions for mixes and I'll try and bang them out. Genres/songs are fine but if you're suggesting stuff be aware that anything wildly different will have to be dropped boring style. I don't know every genre so if you're offering one up give me some of the 'top tunes' and I'll try to include them.

GIVE ME SOMETHING TO DO

(ps if anyone wants to donate some bandwidth for hosting let me know)

I've got a complete CD I mixed for another place recently, what's the easiest way to get it to you?

Edit; tracklisting:

1. Liquid Swords - GZA
2. In Da Club - Beyonce
3. In Da Pub - 50 Pence
4. Tom's Diner (Dangermouse Remix) - Susan Vega
5. Sweet Home Alabama - Lynyrd Skynyrd
6. Hip Hop - Dead Prez
7. Hey Ya - Outkast
8. When Doves Cry - Prince
9. I Believe In a Thing Called Love - The Darkness
10. House of Jealous Lovers - The Rapture
11. Harder Faster Better Stronger - Daft Punk
12. Can't Get You Out Of My Head - Kylie Minogue
13. Me and Guiliani Down By The Schoolyard (True Story) - !!!
14. Electronic Battle Weapon 5 - The Chemical Brothers
15. Ironside - Quincy Jones
16. Dance Magic - David Bowie
17. Fix Up Look Sharp - Dizzee Rascal
18. Ooh Wee Featuring Ghostface Killer, Nate Dogg, and Trice - Mark Ronson
19. Da Mystery of Chessboxin' - The Wu-Tang Clan
20. Intergalactic - The Beastie Boys
21. Crazy In Love - Beyonce Featuring Jay-Z
22. Hot In Here - Nelly
23. Like I Love You - Justin Timberlake
24. Milkshake - Kelis
25. Cannonball - The Breeders
26. Pipebomb All American Hero (DnB Remix) - Unknown Goon

It's a feelgood party mix so there's nothing too hard in there, just over 102 mb with covers so if anyone has the kind of bandwidth to support that I'll offer it up here.

If you could do something with Kate Rusby's I Am Stretched On Your Grave I'd be impressed. Not that I know what kind of songs you even can remix, having always been a grunge girl rather than a garage type, but that song is so amazingly beautiful. Though probably hopelessly inappropriate.

There seems to be some confusion here, I was offering to do a mix (a sequence of tracks), I don't really have the time right now to do anything but a terrible commercial style remix but when I get some more time I'll give the suggestions here a go.

mix me this:

The laughing policeman (dunno who but old) <> Can't get you out of my head (kylie) <> The trail of the lonesome Pine (laurel and hardy)

If you manage this feat, I shall give you a lollipop.

What about my suggestion of mixing tracks, really people never listen in this place.

I did listen but considering they are in totally different time sigs it's pretty hard to do anything other than scratch one into the other which is doable by anyone who's ever touched a pair of decks in their life.

Edit; Tom, any idea where I can get that last track?

Bang out a three deck mix of Pendulum - Another Planet, Mampi Swift - The One and Ed Rush - Alien Girl and I'll be a very happy bunny.

If done right, it sounds fking awesome. If you like bass. :D

Can I have a bellydance type mix? My girlfriend is a bellydancer, and she would be very impressed. Badmarsh and Shri, Talvin Singh, that sort of stuff...I'm so sick of cheesy Arabic pop.
