Thought the arms epic ring was getting upgraded this patch?

As above - thought the ring of the stalwart arm was getting boosted in 1.62?

Mine still shows old stats - am I thinking of the wrong patch, or is it only 'new' acquisitions with the better stats?

the infil epic cloak and epic rings are extremely good compared to the common rings/cloaks in albion.

The ring of shades will get utility 52.0
