Try typing showfps 1 in console .
I get between 25 and 35 fps, going up to 40 to 60 in easy places

The whole game makes me laugh.
Everytime I die and cant see who did I laugh that much that my keyboard gets bashed against my monitor several times.

Vietcong, it strikes me, is the most realistic game since dod , I like to play with hud off, so I have to aim the gun to be (reasonably) sure of hitting the target .
Anyway, I do like it, I just wish I hadnt typed that command in now, it didnt bother me before, now Im back on the new cpu trail again ...
ps the single player is excellent too, and its rare I say that !
