OK - who can honestly say that, when in IRC, when they type 'lol', they ACTUALLY laugh out loud? I mean REALLY? Sometimes, admittedly, something is said that makes ya chuckle, but must of the time, it's used as punctuation in an otherwise normal (and probably unfunny) sentence.
How many people must be missing their arses after having bandied the phrase 'Roflmao' around? Does it hurt? Is surgery required afterwards?
How many people have scripts that automatically look out for the words 'lol' being typed in, and then write 'Laughing Out Loud!' for you in a distinctly gh3y (to use a l33t term) manner?
AND, just to finish this off, how many of you have started something you can't be bothered to finish, and are only carrying on because you've written a fair amount already?
Yep, me too.
