jesus i remember the first few years of uni lol

we used to go drinking during lucnh time then fall asleep in lectures then race out to the pub at the end of the day and stay there till it shut

one time i remember falling asleep under the pool table and waking up the next day and going straight to class

ah memories lol

i cant wait to be out of uni and into a job - shell offer starting graduates 27k a year then the engineers pay is on an exponential scale

It's perfectly normal if you don't actually want to gain anything from university in the long-run. Others forego socialising all together and are largely uninteresting in every way. The rest of us strike a balance and just go mental for special occasions.

kids, money isn't everything. I took a paycut to leave the oil services sector to work in public sector research and never regretted it for a second. Self esteem > eating shit for a little more pay \o/

Im back at uni in my second year now and i think i mgith actually have to do some work this year
last year was a dos and i spent it doing fuck all apart from drinkign and playing daoc mainly. i doubt this will be a good strategy for the second year tho so id better perk up my ideas

and sayign Uni is easy is a stupid thing to say, the average joe on the street could not get a 1st in maths at oxford, you have to be somewhat brainy and work fucking hard, but most bums CAN get a 2-2 from scarbourough media studies centre in beckham studies, cos its BS and employers know this so anyone doing any course withthe work "media" in it, I feel sorry for you wasting all your time and money, go and do something useful like me = physics!
