since 10am yesterday gmt ive been trying to update my account but everytime i do try and do it it says theres a problem with the update page ffs its been down over 24hours now and everytime i do try and update and it fails i have to wait another 3 fucking hours to do it again.

surely it cant be that major problem that they aint fixed it yet

have you tried reporting your problems through RightNow? that might at least have moderate amounts of success, unlike posting here and looking slightly silly while doing so

Here ya go, hope this is the problem you are having. You should first check your internet explorer version. It should be 6 (at least, 5.5). Moreover, your privacy setting for Internet Explorer should be set to default. You also have to take Firewall and Proxy down and accept ALL the cookies.
