O'k i tried putting in the target -console -game cstrike still does not work. Is there any other ways to get console to work????????? Or should i just download it?????
But i am relentless to download it when i bough a few weeks ago. Anyway thanx for the help people who reply cya.

Try using gamespy... that seems to activate the console automatically... if that don't work... sorry m8, i'm outta ideas...

Hey i had the exact same problem as u!! My math teacher who plays couner strike helped. I can help u.

go to properties of counter strike and in the target zone type this!

C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe -console

IT works.
o yeah make sure that there is a space between exe -console!
