For 2nd time i now sit and w8 for Goa to update their Subscription page.

Had to end my validate to change the bill count...it went out today,was gonna re-subscribe but bah site down again!

This happen to my last time i was changing my validation too...for some months ago...its unbelivable!

FFS you dont take down a subscribe page for hours/days just for some maintance without having a link to a temp page for sub!

What i mean is GOA will have to re-open all acc untill They have fixed that problem.
GOA are selling a product that is Online based and pay to play....witch means ...

I have payed for the game it self, I have the right to play,
if i cannot pay to play because subscripe page has problems..
then GOA should open my account untill They have fixed subscribe page.
After they have fixed the page..close my account and i will be happy to
re-subscribe and pay to play...The situation now is.that i have bought a product
that is not playable..because GOA have taken down the sub page.

If they have to do some maintenance, don't you think it is in regard to the backend of the subscription, not the actual page itself?
If the actual processing of new subscriptions do not work, then it wouldn't matter if they linked to

If you searched here, or the new site, you'd see that they take down the site sometimes when things go wrong with the login or something. Dunno where...do a search. :p

Well..still think they can Affort some sort of backup,specialy as Brannor says they take down site sometimes withc means this is a known problem...
