The CS ones definately didnt.

There might have been something in the MOTD, but on the CS servers it just said the Barrysworld CS servers are moving please read www. and then it got cut off cuz the line was too long.

On the TFC servers it definately said that message about every 5 minutes.

The fact that the line was too long and was hence useless, was reported by the BW TFC liaison, but it was never fixed.
