I have played for 3 clans in 2 years, I am sure that is less than most

Clearing up the matter!

Im not really commenting on the "discussion" above just putting the record straight as far as my mate Bone is concerned.
Firstly Bone wasn't even aware that he was in our BW CTF team, this was all the fault of my clan QL, who entered him without prior notification from Bone because he was a member of our Savage CTF team last season.
Secondly we as a clan were asked by Bigfoot to submit our team list via email which was done and included Bone due to the reason stated above.

Basically it neither the Head admins fault nor the player himself in this instance and I can only apologise to cic who lost a valuable player for a game. Hopefully this will not stop them progressing well during the season. I will personally endeavor to make sure QL doesnt let this happen again.

In a nutshell the wolf f00ked up!

The only thing i regret is my tone with you Bone, the accussation that your a clan-hopper is, well, lets c.....

Bone's list of clans during last 2 seasons of the TDM league reads as follows:

Brother
then
Nbd
then
vGo
then
CiC
then
LSR
then
Brother

And in the close season before this campaign
CiC
then
vGo

Add to this the fact that the people in charge of some of these clans weren't even sure that you were in them, not mailing me to say to remove you or mailing me asking to add you without knowing you were already in other clans, and you get the picture.

On to CTF then. Bone was added to the CiC list towards the end of last season, the most recent mail i received from CiC said to use their TDM list and remove a couple of TDM only players and to add a couple of others who were CTF only. I did this, as Bone was not mentioned in either list this was why he wasn't on CiC's CTF list. On them asking me to add him i said no as he was in QL's list and given his TDM record i was suspect of what was going on to say the least. Despite me refusing to allow him to play he then tried to alias as another CiC player only to be caught out, wasting both more of the admins and the opposing teams time.

Oh and Bone if you want to post private chat logs thats your decision, just dont expect me to pay any attention to yours your clan m8s in the future should you say need some help with something.

Bone: league adminning is not an easy job. People like you do not make things easy for people who give up their time and effort to let people like you play in well organised and fun leagues. Do not complain about it - you have nothing to complain about. Your attitude, and your lack of competence in getting yourself changed from the team lists is your own fault.

I was adminning this game, and really i was surprised that Bone would have the cheek and stupididty to reconnect aliased, even tho CiC told me they had no replacement....

2) CiC is only for CTF, so doesn't really come into the equation
3) I have never played league quake for LSR
4) Yes, I was did go back to brother after being persauded by some good friends - guilty as charged !!

FYI Wazzer most of this has happened out of season, so how have 'people like me' (????!!!???) made your life less easy. Also, I have admined for sav in the past so save the admin speech pls. Its not hard, its a peice of piss, its just very very boring !!!

Personally I have no problem with ppl changing clans for the right reasons. I have been in a few and whilst they wanted ppl to join, I didn't feel at home and moved on. I hold that more to be the clans and their recruitment than necessarily the players themselves..a combination perhaps......

For me in this thread the issue would be more the fact that if I'm reading this right, there was aliasing as a different registered player happening which is another matter entirely imo.

Yer, serious error in judgment on my part I admit (aliasing) :/

But, as I said, AFAIK there was no reason why I shouldn't be playing - AFAIK I didn't play q3ctf for ne1 else, no matter who happens to have accidentally dumped me on their team-list.

Did seem a touch unfair to say the least, which is why I did what I did. As I say, a mistake and for that I do apologize. Hitman was a fair admin though and the minute the oppostion had a player 999 he immediatly paused tha game, even tho it was 4v5 :] - not m8's of urs were they hitman ???

Also, you are right about recruitment, certainly in the lower divisions players are often hard to come by and ne1 half-decent and committed can be over-enthusiastically chucked on team-lists without their consent (I am NOT referring to QL for the record). This is an administrative oversight surely.
Just cos I am trialing doesn't mean I am desperate.

5) BoP want to wait, fair enough.

Bone, i am sooooo sorry for playing by the rules, and if you want to criticise me for doing so, the so be it. I am in no way biased when admining a match, all i want when i admin is a fair match, good spirits and no CHEATING .
