Yes. I dont understand the 0.916 0.542 stuff. What does it mean? For every 1 part of blood in the body there is 0.542 parts of alcohol?

It's hard to tell, blood-alcohol level is affected by loads of stuff. What I don't quite understand is that I though the number was a ratio. But basically he has twice the amount that most people would need their stomach pumping for. And he was walking about, or is that staggering.
