Well some SCer (i thought it was) was looking for orders do i went to him, he told me to send the config and give gear and he would pm me when he was done, now it looks like he just ran off with it, his name : legendarysc

It isn't theft, it isn't cheat and it isn't even against the rules of the game to take if someone accepts a trade.

I think it comes down to goa not having time/manpower for this , to check the logs for a verbal agreement and then returning the traded amount to it's rightfull owner, because they surely agreed to something and then the thief did not finish his part of the deal
