It's in the hands of Eidos Montreal, who showed us they can do a very good job as they did with Deus Ex. I'm sure it'll be pretty good at least, they've essentially had a mini-practice run with a similar game style already.

They're making him more of an anti-hero then before in this. More then letting the people decide when they play. Not sure if like(though my memories of the original are somewhat clouded).

So, it seems they made options to remove all the new features such as waypoints, slide-thingies, huds, etc etc, it will make such a difference. Also, the quicktime backstabs or knockouts does not seem that prominent, which is good. This could be less and less of a disappointment.
