Thid template question

Is it worth using a level 51 Dragon crafted chest piece solely because of the 2% style dmg? Or will the condition go to 70% too quick?

The reason I ask is I can't remember if you will take more dmg etc if the armour is on 70%

Don't. If you are playing hib you can use those carved sphene rings in thid aswell to cap out all melee toa stats.

At the moment I am playing the NS in Molvik, however sometimes I like to have a run around in Thid so I have a Minstrel. Ideally I need some items with cap increases on.

I would personally rather have as close to capped stats on a minstrel as possible rather than getting my melee stats capped. You can get better items if you are going slash

Seems unless I use a load of rog's, the caps will be hard to get will put the stats on the armour and see if I can cap it all.
Also I am going slash

mincers dont necessarily excel in melee, its their DDs and effiencieny in kiting and twisting with songs/pet that makes them win. focus on capping charisma as high as possible

Just a quick input, the template that you posted is good enough I believe.

How do you intend on playing? Solo, small group or just general grouping/zerging/whatever you want to call it? As a solo character you want to cap as much as possible as there will be soloers with perfect templates. If you are playing in a group, as long as you get +36 on all stats, +5 skills, 13% resists and 96 hits cap that is good enough for a Minstrel I believe. Obviously you can achieve that without spending very much money at all.
