They nerfed treb exping? :(

Just tried to do some catapult exping on camlann helping a friend level up to 25, but when we tried to cata exp on dampwoods he got no exp, ever.

Im a shaman and i used ae root + wait, ae disease + ae root, ae root + wait + ae root to pull with. He never got any exp...

We were ungrouped, he had control of the treb...

Only thing i can think of is that I(level 50 shaman) built the treb and he(level 14 wizard) only controlled it. Does that matter?

Ok, been chatting around on irc but noone had tried it since patch day.

Anyone tried catapult exping since 1.54? if so, please share your results for the good of mankind! ... er.... i mean powerleveling!

This doesnt work anymore Was removed in 1.52. I tried it after 1.52 after hearing rumours it didnt work and they are true sadly

Trebuchet xping did still work in 1.52, I did it with an alt.
However someone told me that with this patch a lvl 5 controling a trebuchet will hit mites for an awesome 5 or something, instead of a kill shot.
This seems to be tied in with the nerfing of high level damage adds/shields for low level characters.

Somewhere in the patch notes it says that mobs killed by a siege weapon don't give XP anymore.

I think so at least
