unless your regions local news is covered by Look North.. u aint a northener.

should had system like in USA where they got mid-west etc..

manchester, blackpool, south yorkshire would be mid-north etc

if u want a real dictionary.. get hold of a geordie one (once worked with a lad who kept saying he was going out with his marra's.. thought he was a bloody gardener.. took me ages to work out wtf he was going on about)
