The Usual Suspects.

****Possible spoiler**** (as if you don't already know)

Did you know Kevin Spacey was that Kaiser bloke all along or didn't you realize until the cop looked at the pinboard thing. (Be honest! ;))

I have to say, I hadn't a clue he was Soze, not until the cop was looking at the notice board.

My brother forewarned me that there was a huge twist I wouldnt guess untill the end of the film.

I thought really early on in the film that he was Soze but thought it too obvious because of my brothers comments.

I think Im going to have to make a point of not reading anything about films before I see them. I hate myself for watching films with a twist and always trying to guess what the twist is as early as possible. I think id rather sit their in ignorant bliss and be surprised about the twist when it comes.

Same for me, a friend said it has a really excellent twist, and you knew Kevin Spacey must be something more than they showed him as. Although had I not expected a twist I don't think I would have guessed. It was excellent how it all came together at the end though. :)

And the old guy with the Indian accent who was Kaiser Soze's businessman used to live in the street my dad did his postal round on!
Pete Postelwaite or something.

Stunning film the first time you watch it.

Shame you can never re-watch it without it being a bit disappointing. When you know the end, the rest of the film isn't so gripping.

I don't know, the first time I watched it I really enjoyed it but it was a bit confusing. But the second time since I already knew the plot I was more looking out for hints to backup the story. I still am a bit confused watching it now, who was the man in the bowler hat who came down the steps and lit the fire near the end. I guess he was meant to be Soze but he never had the build of Kevin Spaceys character (Verbal) and if he was then whose view was the camera from, since it was behind some cargo and it was sort of explained that was from Kevin Spaceys viewpoint.

Unofortunatly some git told me the end of Suspects before I saw it.

I can only imagine that had I not known I would have been as surprised as I was by the end of Identity.

I like the little hints you get when you know. Verbal says , in the narration, that he never understood why he was there. something along the lines of 'the others all sorta fitted in the line-up but I didn't. I was just a con-man not like these...etc.'

Stuff like that.

It was from Verba's viewpoint as he was explaining it to the police. Obviously he wasn't going to let on it was him.

Up until the end of the film, everything said by Verbal/Soze was a pack of lies.

He was making it up from things he could see around the room, the coffee mug, the board with the pin-ups on it etc.

Yeah, but I figured since the camera was in that same point it must've been from someones point of view. The movie tricks you so much.

Talking about twists.

*****POSSIBLE SIXTH SENSE SPOILER******

I read that there was a big twist at the end of the Sixth Sense before I saw the film but not what it was.

Watching it I saw the opening scence and immediately said right aloud what the twist was.

Even knowing there's a twist can spoil a movie :(

***** SPOILER END********

I just assumed that was the case all the way through Six Sense, and was waiting for a different twist.

Yeah it ruins it when there is a good twist and someone tells you before you watch it because 9/10 times you guess it.
