Its ages since I saw it, but Tower records here in Dublin were doing a 2-dvds-for-£24 offer at the weekend and I couldnt resist. Fucking excellent film, the dvd seems to have lots o features too. Got Taxi Driver as well, it was either that or True Romance. :/

Are there any other cool films out like the thing atm on DVD?

Im waiting for my Sixth Sense to come from secondspin.com and am dying to get some other dvds.

neverseen (or can't remember seeing) "the thang" so I can't really recommend owt.

2for £24 is pretty good value anyway.

Yeah, that's the one... as for the reviews... i dunno, i rented it on dvd and ended up watching it twice, which doesn't happen much... whatever... rent it some rainy day when you've got f all better to do... it's quite amusing
