The Terrorist's Dual Handguns

Has anyone had any problems buying the Terrorist's new Dual Handguns in CS Beta7.0?

When I buy them, $1000 is taken away from my money, and my current handgun is thrown on the floor.
The weapon then switches to the knife, and I find that I do not have the Dual Handguns and have lost $1000 for nothing!

Please help as this is annoying!!!!
