Ok ladies and not-so-gentle-men, here it is, with the obligatory !1 in the title, in case you don't feel a single exclamation mark is enough.
Seeing as there's only 24 hour slots in a day, and it's likely to be up in the first 6-12, we're not going to do ranges.
We're going to do exact times. Midnight? 12AM? 3 minutes past 4AM?
1PM in the afternoon? All times will be GMT, since its easier to work with, and when servers to do up, someone post the time here.
The winner gets a a brownie point, and possibly a cookie.
