Sorry to announce that the 'grace period' before the cheats arrive for COD has expired. There were two scum plainly using aimbots on Jolt #2 server last night. Probably an adapated Quake 3 aimbot. It had the same look as the early quake bots; 1ms switch between targets, firing through edges of buildings etc etc.

this patch won't help

no anti cheat stuff in 1.2 as far as i can see...so it will be down to punkbuster in the next patch. at least the kill cam makes it easier to spot these people without having to become a spec and follow them.

If you happen to spot any bots on the Jolt servers change yer name to admin needed or drop by #cod.jolt . Either way should get an admin on the server fairly sharpish .
