Huge alarm yesterday night...Mjollnir Faste under heavy attack. Some way the Albs managed to get through the AMG without being noticed again (which isn't that hard seen no Mids seem to care defending it btw), and by the time most of us arrived the doors were already down and the relic was neutral. Nothing left to do then rush to the AMG and try to stop them from getting through I thought. When we (me, Torr and loyal buff-bot Tormax) were about to enter Odin's, I noticed a yellow con minstrel hiding in the GG's foot. Without hesitation I immediately attacked him, and shortly afterwards he dropped dead inside the foot. Since we couldn't afford any time to loose, we started heading to the AMG again. Meanwhile I scrolled up my events window to look who the unfortunate Alb was, and to my surprise I noticed it was Nilo. When I shared that with the realm in /as, Azal asked someone to check the GG's foot for the relic, which turned out to be a great idea. We rushed back with speed of light, and yes, the Excalibur Scabbard was lying on the ground, next to the dead body of the Alb carrier...so we quickly brought it to safety and eventually where it belongs....in Midgard

A few remarks to the Albs however...why let Nilo of all people carry the relic again? Since he was leading previous raids, he was the one that most Mids expected as the carrier And secondly, why let him wait for reinforcements all by himself

He wasn't waiting for reinforcements. We weren't really that interested in the relic - check the door status on excal for confirmation. We were just messin' with ya.

Personally Nilo sat in the giants foot watching a stream of mids run past while giggling insanely in chatgroup is far more entertainment for me than bothering with a real raid at the moment.

I was on my way to an epic hunt about five seconds after I released, so no.. reinforcements weren't on the way <grin>.

I never really understood the GG hide spot as atleast on my screen the people hiding in the legs are drawn before the GG.
IE. When I run towards the GG spot I can see for a second or two the people hiding in the legs and no GG at all.

You can't stealth with the relic.

And when almost everyone at Mjonner Faste was killed, the 3rd door broke so nilo had to take it very quick, he got out but then 1 minute later everyone was dead.

Tho i jumped of the relic keep at the back and had a nice melee duel with a green con healer staff vs hammer

Hey, well. I've never seen the relics anywhere other than inside a relic keep... total noob on Relic smuggling. :/ First time I saw a relic was post L30...
