The patch and Wizard epic robes??

Hi, i remember reading a while back something about Bernors robes having its material level changed and to get the new set we hand in the originals to our trainer.

Ive gone through the 1.51 and 1.52 patch notes but cannot find any mention of this.

Am i going mad?
