Surely we need some official mini skirt rules from those in the know. When does a piece of fabric go from being a belt to being a miniskirt.

I'm confused already, I'm going to do some research.

If standing up and skirt doesn't hide panties, it's a belt.

If skirt lengthier then 3/4 down the thigh, then it's a regular skirt. Preferably shorter then 1/2 thigh length though.

Exeption is on an "angled" hemline, but then it must begin from a minimum(upwards) 1/3 thigh length and end at a maximum of knee length.

Yes, my knowledge of the matter reflects me being the one who made this happen
