It's probably a shooting offence to mention it here but since there is no real Barrys alternative that I can see I have to.
Check out the www.clanbase.com ladders for RTCW. They're not as active as would be ideal but you should be able to get some games out of there.

oddly enough the notes on for the clanbase entry for our clan say:
