After a week racking my brains of thinking a virus had entered my machine and killed it, having spent money on getting new memory, and having wiped both my harddrives and boot sectors and totally flashed my bios......I found my problem
My IDE cable to the hardrive was faulty
To say I am fooked off would be an understatement
However I am now back and hopefully see you all in Emain tonight
Why am I posting this?
Always check the simple things before jumping for the elaborate ones
