Maybe we should forget about DAOC alliance and have everyone on ALB make a great sodding lalliance on Star wars / Sbane etc.


My damn account still blocked due to a hijacking of my cred card(long story). But at some point in the future I will be making a message board for old Alb/Pryd players so old comrades can see which game/server people have gone to ...so that they might join in (or avoid it like the plague as applicable).


Hope to be back klilling mids by Monday

Once again, as someone tries to do something constructive, all he gets is critisism and flames.
I love this game, but I'm beginning to tire very rapidly of it's population.

sort out your own internal issues before bringing it before the albion community and then whining that no one likes you...

a certain recent GM meeting springs to mind

I don't think one big allaince will do great, too many guilds don't like others and vice versa, the alliance that the 30 has is more than good enough for us, we know we can trust these guys and know they are nice people, which i can't say same for other guilds, best way is some kind of system in which all the leaders of the alliances can keep upto date etc.

Making one big allaince will cause too much crap and other guilds will start saying, " we don't like that guild" or "they have a few assholes in that guild we don't like".

If u get to the unconscious part the problem will solve itself as u will have more serious problems when u wake up :puke: n if they for some reason still is there just repeat from step 1 again :D

Wtf? We get criticism and flames when people haven't even read the thread? What is it, see a thread with LoE talking about an alliance and go into "flamz0r mode" without even knowing what it's about?

Hmm....thsi baffles me.

I am an honest guy on thsi game....and I genuinely try to help any1 in the realm that I notice needs help ...or indeed any1 that asks for it. I always play mmorpgs like that.....for the last 5-6 years.


Can those peopel that see the name 'vayasen' and suddenly start talking as if I was the guy who tried to bring down Albion.....please email me on ANDREWRANTA@aol.com....or message me here....or indeed message me ingae as Vayasen when my acconut back online.....Id seriously like to hear how I have upset you.

As some peopel have kindly pointed out...all this post entailed was a bit of a joke and a serious intention to create somewhere/something in the future where any interested ex Prydwen/Alb people can drop in to say hi to old comrades......

Anyhows..if this causes Albion internal strife...then god help us.

I think you need to log off, shutdown your PC and take a look outside your window for a few minutes. Constantly playing DAoC for the past month is destroying you inside.




(on another note, SB isn't getting the best reviews from beta-testers. If anyone is thinking of playing it, I'd suggest you wait around for a while and see how it pans out.)

Grow a thicker skin Vayasen :) You can't satisfy everyone all of the time so just do your own thing. If you GM a powerful guild people will never like you, it comes with the job.

lots of beer makes for good silly arguements and a head that feels like its been hit with a sledgehammer the next morning......

drink beer, get stone drunk and post about the price of coffee all over the forums, great night and the next day you realise what you have done and think "oh hell....."

anyways i dont get the name f the post much, cos tbh ive prob got an iq of 6 which probably seems the be less than a glass of water oh well more unused braincells to kill off.....

Rare i make a post on these boards but felt i had to in this case.
LoE and SotL left the unity alliance for whatever reason...their choice. And now it seems any opportunity to flame them is grasped like a 16 yr old grabbing a porn mag.

I have never see LoE or SotL members be anything but helpfull...I have never been refused a group with them in RvR or PvE if they have space, I have made some good friends within their guilds.

Anyone trying to help the realm in whatever form deserves a fair hearing, you might not agree, but then people might not agree with you too.

Stop with the LoE and SotL flames they are fighting for the realm just like you.

btw anyone got a legion fire/earth staff they dont want?
