during a irc chat a few minutes ago someone pasted a link to a fan site which claimed MCoG 2 was in production and a dvd set was in the macking.

MCoG 2 is being worked on, but no further information is available. Some new things have been happening in the world of MCoG lately (2002/2003), as always a lot of people are still hoping to see MCoG on television again. Among the latest developments was a DVD and MCoG 2 which seems to be in production.

They did 5 mins of telling you what happened last week, 10 mins of the current episode and then 5 mins of next weeks episode

I loved that series. I was abour 12 or 13 when it was on (I think). I like history in general, I guess cartoons like that were formative in my enjoyment of history programs and books now.

I remember being dead annoyed when they destroyed that big golden ship.
