The lvl 12 goa quest

ok, maybe im just stupid but it surely can't be this short.
Compleated step one giving the drool back to Stewart Sarvel in camp forest. He then says ta very much and gives me some "credentials" as a reward and the order form back. The quest disappears from my journal and im left with the two items. Ive tried saying everything under the sun to the dude and the person next to him, tried giving both of them the items as well.
Now - is the credentials for another quest they are planning or something, or am I just too thick to proceed onto the next stage?

Edit: Appears after reading older threads that this indeed is all you get and the quest is finished... hmm.

I think the plan is for some uber (lvl50) quest where u need to have "helped" certain npc's in some way or the other. So u need to do some GOA quests i think before the lvl50 quest npc's can give u the quest etc etc etc.....
