The jdgbm hoax virus strikes back

Just got a hoax email (again, last time it was a different format) about the so-called jdgbm virus, for anyone else recieving this email it is a hoax, dont bother following the removal steps in the email (which will be from someone you know).

The file isnt vital (its something to do with c++ or somesuch programming) and has a cute teddybear icon so if you have deleted it dont worry.
