The Hulk

Saw The Hulk last night, Ang Lee has done an outstanding job. Easily the best superhero film since Batman (well I liked it), not short and more intresting than Spiderman and Daredevil. The story with Bruce and his father gets very pokey towards the end though.

This film feels like its a comic book.

Has anyone else seen the Last Samurai trailer? That looksvery good. NOt sure what American Wedding (pie 3) and Scary movie 3 will be like though.

Dunno the world premier was at Universal Studios last Wednesday (complete with green carpet) and it was released here last Friday.

Oh another thing, the trailers for Hulk that I have seen look awful and dont do the movie justice. The sense of scale that they give the hulk and the special effects are amazing.

the HULK was quite the impressive flick. some of those action scenes made me just pop out of my seat. while it was a bit dragging at times, the central message rang true...which is:

don't piss people off, because you never know when they might turn into a 15 foot green muscle monster and beat the crap out of you, your car, your military base, and your mutant dogs.

Yeah, I read in Empire that ILM weren't happy with the trailer, the studio forced them to rush it out when the effects weren't finished. Which is why it looked cack.

I enjoyed it very much. Ang Lee has done a great job of directing a movie in a way that lends itself to comic books. Although I got flashbacks from the "Feed my fish" scene in Austin powers through most of the film.

Eric Bana does a good job of being Bruce, although I think they mainly choose him because his head would look ok when they distorted it to 5 times its size.

They should have had a sex scene with Jennifer and Bana though. If only so I could get another look at Jen's great tits Yes, I know, I'm shallow.

I liked it as well, wasn't what i expected at all. Good film although it could have been better somehow.
