No, you're looking at this incorrectly, if Player A is bigger than Player B, He will try to beat up Player B, but Player B knows Player A's intentions from the start of the game, so therefore has a sawn-off shotgun waiting under the table for him to make the move, so he reverses it, but wait, Player A is not only big, he's also intelligent, and cleverly places cork in the sawn off shotgun, but unfortunately, he forgets that sawn off shotguns are usually double barrelled, therefore, when player B shoots, one barrel back fires, injuring Player B, and eventually dies, but instantly kills Player A, so, in answer to your question, Player B wins for 3.53 minutes, before dying to loss of blood.
