I've been away for a couple of months and today i found a mail from GoA that the fluffer aka. Famex is forever gone. R.I.P!!

Only a few ppl had the password and im quite sure i know who did it, but can u plz pm me and tell me what happened and who was involved? I dont care much about it really, but its nice to know who to trust ingame now when im back

As you already know, fighting cheaters has always been a priority on DAoC servers. This week, almost a hundred players have been banned because they had used a "radar" type of third-party software, in clear violation of the rules accepted by all in the EULA.

The accounts concerned have been banned from the Dark Age of Camelot European servers once and for all. As a matter of fact, we continue our investigations. The fight against cheaters does not stop here.

After seeing this post I though I'd but in , your full of shit you didn't get banned for that for one its only 3 days unless you have been suspended 2-3 times befor. And you missed out Consequences you got owned by the radar banneds imo. You have to do alot more and be suspended a few times befor they terminate.

yes, true, u cant be perma banned if u havent done it 3 or so times before.

if i understood right someone else was playing whit ur acc!! mybe they used radar and/or other cheats. i think the 100 bans wheret only radar users, could have been speed hackers and so on.

i would advice not to give ur acc to enyone, never. i even dont give my acc to my brother. thats the best way to keep safe.

so if u shared ur acc and someone used a cheat, GOA cant do enything about that.

I Didnt copy the consequence because the consequence is, as i already told you, my "subscription is permanently terminated" - then followed by the CoC... The reason i am posting here is to find out who stole the arti, and it should be pretty obviously that someone did that dont u think? Read the posts... i just cant believe that u care so much and try so hard talking about smth u know shit of....
Have you read what your email says at the end? If you try really hard im sure you can accomplish that. I cant really control what happens with my buffbot when im on vacation on the other side of the earth can i?

Its not the acc i care about but its nice to know who is fucking my happiness. cba to defend anymore radar crap comments...

Im still wondering why GOA and Mythic giving bann for using bugs and things like artefakt stealing. Why they simple dont fix the bugs and made that nobody could loot artefact from ground except the group wich hitted the mob as 1st. Now anyone L1-L50 could take artefact from ground even if he didnt do any dmg nor wasnt in any group or in BG.

Its only me who think that its better to fix bugs and bad things in game than bann customers?

Well bann customers is much more easy than fix things wich are annoying many ppl.

Have you even read the thread?

You do not get permabanned for artifact stealing, if you get caught a few times then they MAY ban you, but if you are stupid enough to repeat something that you got a warning for from GOA (and hence know is wrong) then tbh you deserve a ban and an "I'm a Fuckwit" stamp on your forhead.

Bug abuse is a well known temporary bannable offence and has been since release. I have yet to meet a player who got permabanned for bug abuse (apart from the few who got a warning, ignored it, got another warning, ignored it etc, then QQ'd because they got banned claiming GOA had never contacted them in the first place....which is bullcrap).

The permabans were for radar abusers, the thread starter already admitted that he lends his account to other players, it is most likely that the account was banned for a third-party programme like a radar.

However if you had read the thread rather than just farming a +1 with random comments you would know this
