Little tiny Friday news today : A couple of read files, the patch 1.60, a little reminder about multiple accounts and RightNow and a note a new trick some players are using.

This week we ran some fixes on the servers :
Many spawn adjustment on some Drakorans in SI Albion.
Many spawn adjustment on some Skogsra woodsmen in SI Midgard.
Some tweaks on some orc patrols in SI Albion.
Fix of a bug on the Bonedancer epic gloves.
Patch 1.60
The translation of the patches 1.58, 1.59 & 1.60 to French & German is almost done but we are still missing a couple of files. We are planning to start the internal tests early next week if everything goes as planned. Hopefully I'll have more information for you next week.
Multiple accounts and Customer Support
Some players have multiple active accounts. In order to have a better and faster answer when contacting our Customer Support (http://faq.camelot-europe.com), please be sure that you are using the correct GAME account when reporting a problem or asking a question.
If you have a problem on a character and use another GAME account to contact us, we will not be able to give you an answer and will only ask you to use the correct account for this character, making you (and our CS guys) lose precious time.
While talking about Customer Support, remember to include at least the following information when you are reporting a problem :
Name of the character.
Server.
Realm.
Time & Date when the problem occurred.
Also please be sure to double check your report and make sure that it's "understandable". We sometimes receive reports that are very hard to decode, which can cause confusion and again, loss of time.
One last thing : In order to ask a question or report a problem, remember that you need to :
Log into RightNow (http://faq.camelot-europe.com) using your GAME account information
Check at least ONE FAQ (anyone will do the trick)
Once you checked one FAQ, you will see a button labelled "ask a question" appear on the interface.
Click this button, pick a category and sub-category
Ask your question.
No worry, this may seem complicated but it takes 5 seconds if you have your GAME account information close to you
Abusive use of the confusion spell during duels.
In some situations, it is possible to use a confusion spell on the pets of realm mates, which sometimes make them attack random monsters and friendly NPCs around, which is preventing other players from talking or interacting with the NPC.
This was sometimes used to disturb the game and to harass other players and this will now be considered as a violation of the Code of Conduct (harassment).
Therefore, please do not use any confusion spell on friendly pets in duels. We will take actions against players doing this to disturb how NPCs react.
