If like me you've had this happen to you...
The old way for fixing this was to quit daoc and come back in. A right pain in the ass when you are in the middle of RvR or even some PvE and it's just not convenient to do that. Well here's another way.
1. Start by right-clicking your desktop and select properties (or Start-Control Panel-Display)
2. Click on "Settings tab"
3. Click on "Advanced" button.
4. Click on the "Troubleshoot" tab.
