Those who know me know recently i havnt been myself and this illness has taken me over, and reduced me to a gibbering wreck and left me almost unable to walk recently... so im sat here in Hospital (hehe net cafes rock!) and ive reached a decision that im sure is the right thing to do atm...
Since being diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma my life has been turned upside down, and having lost my partner to a similar cancer this has been a double blow for me, Having had my 2nd set of treatments im left with virtually no energy and unable to really do anything other than sit in bed and mope, so ive decided to quit while im behind and leave DAOC for the forseeable future...

To the Lost Souls, i will endeavour to log in tonight to say my goodbyes, but if i cant please dont be upset with me, id like to thank Kaladin,Leassa,Galoid and many many others who have seen me through these past days with humour and a shoulder to cry on...you guys have been a rock when i needed it most and i thank you from the bottom of my heart.

To Jeros, <huggles> need say no more, will miss your /as spam sooo much will have to get you to spam my email box sometimes....

To the forum posters, please dont take anything i say personally, having this sort of thing happen to you knocks your judgement a lot and you say and do irrational things... Mantle Cell is a lot like the Aids virus in that it attacks your immune system leaving you very frustrated at being able to do nothing at all and this forum has been a great outlet for those frustrations, i thank you all for arguing with me and keeping me laughing, even though it hurt! :wub:

Im not leaving because im bored with the game, anything but really i love it!
just feel its better that i concentrate on getting better first and hopefully if i can beat this thing ill be back in time for the next boxed expansion i have to buy to feel uber!! yey mythic

So to all reading this, thank you and gl in your endeavours, remember you never know whats comming around the bend, make the most of it.
