Is it just me or is the comunity on Excalibur going down hill?

Every day i read these forums there are more and more people putting threads about how they hate the albs/mids/hibs...

it really is getting quite boreing, when i first started this game i really enjoyed the little bit of taking the piss, nothing serious, nothing harsh... just people having fun...

It isnt supprising that GOA shut down thier forums...

I used to really enjoy going RvR and now all it is are people camping walls, or ganking people... most of the time it beacuse people are pissed of at one realm or another for saying something on the forums...

The fact that i can never get passed my wall is annoying but the more annoying thing is that at several failed attempts to get passed a wall... or to take a keep, or to defend a wall/keep... messages come up here sayingthings like how much the realm XXX sux or how they zerged or ganked.. or how they used bugs, or how the fight was unfair beacuse they were using root or something... the ammount of insults that go on in this game is terrible...

I for one am thinging about leaving maybe moving to the US where there is a bigger selection of English servers... but guys, the comunity here was once great, it has now turned into a full blown Bith war... lets make it fun again!

Actually the community has more grown to resemble the community I've known on the USA servers ... (read the Catacombs or IGN forums to get a nice "taste" of (admittedly only a part of) the usa community.)

So erm moving won't be much of an improvement on this matter tbh

Yet this also bugs me sometimes, not much to be done about it I guess. Gotta admit that Albion Excalibur is rather
"underperforming" in RvR atm ... Seems these are issues that crop up on every server that matures. Ppl get bored, ppl find loopholes and bugs to exploit, ppl start to become elitist ...

What you have to bear in mind is that whilst a lot of people post on these forums, they are only a certain proportion of those who actually play the game. Others do not post for reasons such as not being bothered, English is not their first language, never heard of this forum, etc. Whilst posting on here and reading can be useful, it might not be representative about the actual people in game. That is what counts more.

The GOA forums may have closed down for these reasons (or was it the amount of flak they were/still are getting ) but at least they may have been accessible to the whole community as they were on the official site.
