GMT is the british time during winter, however when we go forward an hour the rest of the world doesnt so we have BST (British Summer time).

However Im sure the original poster meant BST.

So to be completely correct its:

7 GMT
8 BST
9 CET

I didn´t know the guy, neither I remember encountering in RvR...
