Planning to farm DS a bit for the couple of items i need for my template. But the only experience i have from DS is from glast/hib.

My question is, what is the best groupsetup for DS? :fluffle:

Did a FG Darkspire hunt on Albion classic with a FG so considering what that group had I'm thinking;

Warrior
Warrior
Thane (for that pve buff thingy)
Shaman (aug)
Healer (pac)
Healer (aug)
Runemaster (pbt)
Random

Not sure that would be enough but on Alb we did it with Sorc, Caba, Pally, Heretic (rejuv), Heretic (tank), Reaver, Cleric and PBT-Therugist so with ToA stuff like fonts and whatnot it _should_ be easier.

Wouldnt it be faster with more light tanks instead of shield tanks?

Kinda doubtin it would, bcos light tanks will require more healing. And it would be pressed to control the bosses, u really need the defense the shields give u.

It would be alot faster if you go with 1 warrior 2 lighttanks instead. Just that you dont wanna end up with gimpo healers without mcl2 etc.

can farm ds with warrior/ml9 sm/buffbot i think
Nope u cant, to many adds with bosses, even the warrior cant handle it.
I tried it with valk + BB as my valk has more AOE output then a warrior , i didnt stand a single chance.

Bes setup and fastest raid i've seen so far,

2Warriors and a thane/ 3 Warriors
1 Zerker and 1Valk (or valk + any other damage dealer)
1 shammy
1 aug healer
1 pac healer

Valk needs to be spear, and MA,
Gaurd the lighttanks and the pac healer.

Works very fast and easy for our weekly raids.
