In Real life would a real AWM(P) kill in 1 shot anywhere or just in any shot in a large body mass(upper body)?

Well not right away if you got shot in the lower legs or arms....but you would bleed to death

aye emb. suppose. AWM fired at a limb would literally rip that limb straight off your body. kinda painful
