bow range -- shooting down from middie keep over the door - hitting on the water edge ( through the bank of course ) -- very reasonable ( hmmmm )

night or so before - shooting UP at the battlements and hitting wizzies who were not within bolt range and scout who could not shoot back as you were out of range downhill ( HMMMMMMMMM )

and the speed -- checked twice and yes you seem to be around the 2 to 2.5 second mark per arrow shot ( per toon )

so apart from the obvious spellcraft suit and probably the similar buffbot that you cant play without nowadays . . . .

wtf is that bow you are using ??

OR are you just a dirty middie cheat ( hey someone had to say it and it will save a daft reply later on )

--awaits suitable comments about ownage, noobage etc all which I will treat with total 'eff off who cares'

still with all that 'talent' behind your character(s) hopefully you will cap out ( read piss-off ) from the bg's quite quickly and leave the lesser twinked / buffed mere mortals to enjoy their game for a bit longer

unless you found a way to reduce your rp total as well -- all is possible in the world of .. .. ..

and about the shooting-thru-bank thing, yea, happens shitloads to me by scouts too when albs have bg ck's - if they get LoS whilst linign up a shot, it fires, unless out of range (i think) - also lag issues, npc bowmen hit me for ages after ive hit the water :>

Well first bow get better range when they get higher up. 2nd if you are within bow range and they shoot, the arrow will still hit or miss even if you moved out of range. Its pretty crap when a bow outrange a catapult.

Say you've got a target in view and in range. You press the button once to draw an arrow then press again immediately to automatically release the shot; then one of the following things can happen.

1. The target doesn't move - You release the shot

2. The target moves out of range before you release the arrow - You get the out of range message and don't release the shot.

3. The target moves out of your line of sight but is still in range - You release the shot
