An un-used model by the looks of it, there were a few others too that i noticed while playing around on COAD still its to be expected that Mythic create loads of player and mob skins but never use them all.

There's also a specific sound for reaver whips - but for some reason it isn't being used atm.

actually there are 4 dragons already, 1 for each realm + one for the Albs below Avalon City in Crystal Caves called Xanxicar
(at least afaik it looks like a 2 headed dragon, could be wrong tough)

Looks like Golestandt with a different skin to me, could be wrong...

maybe they wanted a 4th dragon for DF or the RVR dungeon, but it never got in

Edit: and on topic, the xanxarican (or sth) dragon has a special model on its own, so this is a 5th dragon.
