The 4400

I'd had about 6 episodes of this saved on my Tivo, but I hadn't gotten around to watching it.

Its about 4400 abductees taken from different periods over the last 60 years, and returned one night all together. For them, no time has passed. Some of them are exhibiting 'powers', and the story is slowly taking the viewer down a path to some 'wonderful thing'.

Its actually better than 'Taken', and coincidentally stars the same guy from Taken who was a bit of a nasty fucker - but hes a bit nicer here

I'm quite enjoying it, hopefully theres a fair bit to go yet, and it won't be some lame cop-out ending like Taken.

Oh, and yes the insomnia has struck once more.

It was ok, not amazing but very wathable.

It went down hill from there. Last episode was good as well. It was everything in between.

i thought the series ends too soon, and eps between 1 an the last are a tad bit boring.


btw the 4400 detecives remind me of mulder an scully

Yeah after all the guys got let out in the 1st episode it seemed to be kinda like the X Files. *goes to watch old skool X Files !*

I saw an article on this and it looked cool. I watched Taken on BBC2 and it rocked so I bought the big cool box set Gonna check this new thing out too.

Yeah there is some pretty good Tv coming out lately.

However im hooked on the US highschool shows with supernatural things such as:

Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Roswell
Smallville

couple of other series i have really enjoyed..

Dark Angel
Harsh Realm
Angel
Firefly cant wait for the movie.

I just love the whole thing with a few people with special powers in highschool that they have to control and come to terms with who they are.

Roswell is a fantastic series some really cool acting/storys. Shiri Appleby = my new sex goddess.

There is even talk of a Roswell movie because Fox have been really impressed with the sales from the DVDs. Heres to hoping

I'm sure I read that The 4400 had been picked up for a second season. As long as this one has a decent number of episodes I can't see me being dissapointed. I think one more season will be enough and then it will get a bit boring. I mean, I assume each episode will follow one of the 4400's powers and where it leads them.
