Someone - who was the scammy little d0rf from one of the yank servers, who stole pretty much anything he could, pretending he was LGM weap's/armoursmith and getting them to hit accept.

He had a website, documenting his scams, including screenies of all the abuse he got and the names he was called, etc.

Something to do with the whole guild being scammers - someone said Grey Wolves, but i get nothing when i google it.

Can't even remember the chavvy little buggers name, but if anyone has a link to the tale, i'd be greatful

Chaos Theory tried to emulate their Darkness Falls antics which were fully within the rules on the US servers.

They got a weeks holiday from the GMs.

That guild scam one is horrible, however it's a good lesson on why never to hand out your account details to anyone

yeah, i do remember that - that was pretty priceless too... if i remember, he took a proper good kicking too, and then accepted he had it coming, which in my book gets him a :worthy:

Theres so many funny stories on there though - for me, it throws into sharp perspective the fact that, yeah, they were causing grief, but DAMN some people take this GAME so seriously that they'll almost shed tears over it...

If you were the GM of a large guild, would you give your account details to someone you barely know?

Another guild's GM give them his account and told them to use crafting macros. Obviously that guild met a similar fate!

These people are asking to be robbed!
