Yeah ,just look at the arm, its a prosthetic layer over his own forearm,tucked into that handy leather bracelet thingy, you can see how much it bulges as it comes out of the wrist strap.

And of course also it's impossible to move a coin through your arm without a freakin huge magnetic field and a LOT of damage to your arm.
