Alot of people slag off SOTL (for reasons of jealousy I believe) but I think that without their leadership we would have been like headless chickens.

I salute you esp Nilo and Layl.

Cheers

Was a very good initiative, and as i understand it, it was almost spontaneous, which means, control can be a daring feat in it self.

But i hope this incident does not mean, that you will start thinking in terms of Lowbies-go-home. Theres 2 reasons why this relic hunt WOULD have worked, if not for a few beginners mistakes, and some hardware problems. and that is the MASSIVE force we had. the GG died faster than most can solo a small yellow. 20-39 ppl DO help out, simply by multiplying the forces. For every 20 lvl on the plains, the mids have 1 more target to divert them from the key figures in this, namely, the one who might carry the relic. So i beg of you all: Dont ditch the small ones. when i was lvl 20, i was happy to be cannon fodder. Gave me something to do, and it made me feel that i actually had a role in it, apart from standing on a hilltop looking down.

Besides, People are not daft. They remember who it was, that told tham, that they were not allowed on the raid, and lvl 20 people get to 35 faster, than i get from 40 to 45.

Dont mess this spirit of unison up, with arguments like the more, the laggier, please. Its not right, and its not nice.

(This is no flame at anyone, since last night showed that we are indeed capable of uniting. It is merely a hint of what MIGHT come to pass, and what has been before)

Apart from that, Cheers Nilo. You tried, and almost succeeded :)

ahh this threads a better read than the other one.

Big thanks to Nilo and everyone else who put the raid together, dont get disheartened and keep up the good work.

Regardless of the hiccups along the way the raid was a fantastic sight to behold and i for one had a brilliant laugh, im sure before long we will be successful.

i do have one question, are there many boss guards inside the relic chapel?, i stayed outside in the yard and there was a real BIG spawn of named guards who killed half our casters before the middies attacked, (possibly triggerred on removal of the relic or possibly just random bad luck.) if there are no guards inside the relic chapel we need all the tanks to remain in yard next time.

Three cheers to Albion,

Yup, Grats to alb on a good (but unlucky) relic raid, at least you had the guts to try it at prime time on a bankholiday weekend

Agreed Nilo it went very well for 90% of the time and you did a fine job of leading, it is a shame so many idiots spammed your orders out and the other unforseen problems but all in all a 'Firm pat on the back' for Nilo :)

Aye, thank you!

Thanks, Nilo. I can't even imagine the strain of trying to get all those people working together.

On behalf of the Knights Templar, can I just say that it was our privilege to be there. And a damned shame that we didn't get it.

/salute

(Although I did win my bet about someone aggroing Bob the glacier giant in under a minute)
